This project in Kaumana consists of two parcels of land next to each other where our seller subdivided a half acre lot into two 1/4 acre lots and sold it to us. There was an old termite eaten post and pier home on the property where we plan to knock down the existing home and build two brand new homes aver 2000 sqft living and provide a brand new home for someone!
